Airports’ core business is to make sure that every passenger can catch their flight. However, there are always unexpected events and sometimes passengers may arrive at the airport in a rush. First, they need to quickly find the airline counter or at least find the checked baggage drop-off point, then rush to the security checkpoint, where there might be a line. After that, they’ll run to the gate and wait for boarding. If they are stuck by any of these steps, they can miss their flight.
